仙灵骨葆胶囊中总黄酮及淫羊藿苷的含量测定

采用高效液相色谱法和紫外分光光度法测定了仙灵骨葆胶囊中淫羊藿苷和总黄酮的含量 ,二者含量分别为 4.16～ 2 7.6 7m g/ g和 6 2 .5 6～ 10 9.78mg/ g,方法回收率分别为 96 .17%和 10 3.5 8% ,为制剂的质量控制提供了依据。
