微利时代下氯碱产业的成长密码——由“柯达申请破产保护”引发对氯碱产业可持续发展战略选择的思考

柯达公司发展战略的错位及单一的产品结构模式是其破产的根本原因,同时给我国的氯碱企业以巨大的警示。目前,我国氯碱行业已步入产能过剩、竞争激烈的微利时代,氯碱企业要想避免柯达公司的命运,需要洞悉氯碱行业发展势态,并根据市场行情的变化及时作出发展战略的调整;企业以低成本战略为根本,以低成本战略和差异化战略相结合的融合战略为发展重点,利用既有的氯碱平台,以氯碱平衡为中心,通过氯碱与石油化工相结合,大力发展精细化工,实现上下游一体化和产品精细化、多元化,是我国氯碱产业持续发展的重要战略之选择。

Wrong development direction and single product structure accounted for Eastman Kodak filing for bankruptcy protection,which cautioned China’s chlor-alkali enterprises.At present,China’s chlor-alkali industry has entered an era of low-profit,overcapacity,and fierce competition.Chlor alkali enterprises should thoroughly understand the development trend of chlor-alkali industry and adjust the development strategies to market change in order to avoid the fate of Eastman Kodak Company.The following important strategies should be adopted for the sustainable development of China’s chlor-alkali industry： focusing on the combination of the low cost strategy and the differentiation strategy with the former as the basis;using the existing chlor-alkali facilities,centering around the balance between chlorine and caustic soda,and combining chlor-alkali industry and petrochemical industry,to develop fine chemical industry,to realize the integrated product chains,and to produce diverse and fine products.
