介绍了旭化成ML32-NCH离子膜电解槽的2种零极距改造方式。通过对改造后的运行电压指标的分析,阐述了两种零极距改造方式的不同以及各自的优缺点,并就零极距改造提出了自己的观点。

Two ways of transforming Asahi Kasei ML32-NCH ion-exchange membrane electrolyzers into mode of zero-electrode-distance are introduced.The running voltage of transformed electrolyzers is analyzed,and the differences between the two ways are related as well as their advantages and disadvantages.The authors’views on the zero-electrode-distance electrolyzer transformation are proposed.
