通过对一次液氯漏泄事故的调查、分析,确认泄漏是由"氯铁火"引起的,说明应急救援预案完整、有效、针对性强、措施可靠是预防事故、减少事故损失的重要保障。
An accident of liquid chlorine leakage was confirmed due to chlorine-iron fire through investigation and analysis.The complete,effective and targeted emergency rescue plans,and reliable measures are the important guarantee for prevention of accidents and for reducing accident loss.
