将工矿医院从企业中剥离出来进入社会 ,是建立现代企业制度的重要环节之一。处理好剥离中诸方面的利益关系 ,是企业丢掉包袱、轻装上阵的关键 ,文章从德阳市企业医院的实际出发 ,提出了剥离的初步意见和建议。

One of the key elements to establish a modern economic system is transferring the responsibility of running hospitals from the enterprises to that of an independent health sector. It is a key to solve well multilateral beneficial relationship and relieves the enterprises from some of the costs of providing social support to employees.
