Discussion of the Supervision System of Administrative Legislation

行政立法监督机制是应行政立法的兴起建立的。在这个过程中,行政立法所突现的诸问题,促使行政立法监督机制应围绕行政立法运行的特点有针对性地建构。在简要界定行政立法监督机制之后,结合我国在行政立法监督中所面临的实际的问题,提出相关完善行政立法监督机制的建议。

The supervision system of administrative legislation is set up with the rise of administrative legislation. In the process, the emergence of the problems of administrative legislation urges the supervision system of administrative legislation to be con- structed pointedly with the characteristics of administrative legislation. This paper tries to define the supervision system of admin- istrative legislation briefly, and combining with the actual problems in our country to put forward proposals concerning the super- vision system of administrative legislation.
