摘要
自主发展,是指学生作为行为主体的人的自觉、主动、可持续的发展。"发展"主要体现在学生作为德育主体,在教师的帮助与指导下,能够自觉、主动地做出正确的价值判断与选择,在道德品质的生成过程中不断实现自我提升与自我超越。自主发展型德育要求在方法上由"重说教"向"重体验"转换,由"重了解"向"重理解"转换,由"重认知"向"重践行"转变,提倡动态评价。
Independent development refers to the development of students as the subject of human consciousness, initiative, sus- tainable. “Development” is mainly reflected in the students as the subject of moral education, in the help and guidance of teach- ers, to make a value judgment and choice of the correct consciousness, initiative, we achieve self- improvement and self genera- ted in the process of moral quality. Self - directed development requirements of moral education from “ preaching” to “ experi- ence” in method, conversion from “knowing” to “understand”, to change from “coguition'to ”practice” , advocate the dynamic evaluation.
