电梯用钢丝绳的质量指标及其影响因素探讨

Discussion on quality index and its influencing factors of elevator wire rope

通过阐述电梯特性对电梯用钢丝绳的质量要求，提出了电梯钢丝绳的关键性能指标有钢丝绳的破断拉力、同级别钢丝的强度散差、钢丝绳的含油率及其增摩能力、外层钢丝硬度、钢丝绳的伸长、绳径的均性和疲劳寿命等，并通过试验、检测，分析了影响电梯钢丝绳关键性能指标的因素及其规律，从而为制定电梯用铜丝绳生产工艺提供了参考依据。

This paper describes the characteristics of the elevator elevator wire rope for the quality requirements, the key performance indexes of elevator wire rope with wire rope breaking force, the same level of steel strength scattering difference, oily rope rate and friction increase ability of steel wire, steel wire rope, hardness of the extension, the diameter of the rope were of and fatigue life, and through the test, test, and analyzed the influence factors of the elevator wire rope key performance index and its rules, thus providing the basis for development of the elevator with the production process of wire rope.
