矿山猴车用钢丝绳在线预张拉生产工艺探索应用

摘要 从矿山猴车用钢丝绳的工况条件、矿山猴车用钢丝绳等方面,阐述了矿山猴车用钢丝绳的特点和质量要求,提出在线预张拉工艺生产矿山猴车用钢丝绳,并以6×19S+NF-20mmN向捻钢丝绳生产为例,对比分析了在线预张拉和离线张拉生产矿山猴车用钢丝绳的性能指标,证明通过在线预张拉生产的矿山猴车用钢丝绳其质量能满足矿山猴车的设计和使用要求。通过在线预张拉可以提高钢丝绳捻制的紧密性,减小钢丝绳结构伸长,同时能提高生产效率,降低生产成本。 In this essay, the writer would like to give an explanation of the characteristics and quality requirements of steel wire rope for worker loader in the view of mining conditions and steel wire rope for worker loader itself, and present the working pre-stress processing technology to produce steel wire rope for worker loader. Taking production of Lang lay wire rope 6×19S+NF-20MM as example, by comparing analysis the performance parameter of steel wire rope between working pre-stress processing technology and off-working pre-stress processing technology, to prove the mining worker loader steel wire rope produced by working pre-stress can meet the design and apply requirements of mining worker loader. Through working pre-stress, the steel wire rope can be improved on stranding tightness, reducing constructive elongation of wire rope.
