镀锌线材制品防白锈的现状及发展

为使线材、钢绳、钢绞线等更具有耐腐蚀性、装饰性，常常需要在其表面镀上一层金属锌，但是镀锌线材制品在存放过程中容易产生白锈，影响外观，降低其使用性能。以往防白锈的方法一般是在锌层表面进行铬酸盐钝化，因铬酐钝化对人体有害，随着环保要求越来越严格，现已经少用或不用，采用低毒性，低污染的钝化工艺如有机类钝化，钼酸盐钝化等已经成为发展的方向。

A zinc coating is applied to the wire rod, the steel wire rope and the steel strands for corrosion proofing and ornamentation. But the galvanized wire rod products are easy to produce white rust in torage with influence on their appearance and serviceability. The surface passivation with blchromate is the traditional method of preventing white rust,but this technology will do harm to people. For the environmental protection request, the process is uncommon.The surface passivation technology with low toxicity and pollution has become a new development trend, such as the organic passivation technology, the molybdenate passivation technology and sulfate passivation technology.
