医院后勤为临床服务 ,为病人服务 ,应该有效地进行服务资本营运。在服务资本的表现形式中 ,市场资本是支持资本 ,管理资本是保障资本 ,人才资本是基础资本。进行有效的资本营运 ,就是要充分发挥各种资本的优势 ,将它们有机结合起来 ,使之优势互补 ,相互促进 ,产生连体增值效果。那样 ,才会使服务资本不断扩大 ,才会使医院“以病人为中心”的工作落到实处。

The hospital rear should efficiently conduct the operation of service capital for serving for the clinic and the patients. The service capital is showed in three forms: market capital that is supporting capital, management capital that is ensuring capital and talent capital that is primary capital. To efficiently conduct the operation of service capital is getting integrated incremental effect by making full use of advantages of all kinds of capitals and coordinating them in order to maximize their value, avoid duplication and maximize medical services.
