Organization Belongs to A Thing with New Essence

组织是"事物",是"新"事物,是"一"个事物;是"一个新质的事物"。组织不是集合、范围、结构、概念,而应该是现实事物;不是自然事物,而应该是自然事物之外的新质事物;不是组成、构成的众多事物,而应该是原初固有的一个事物。得出这些结论都需要一种新的方式,即"看见"。也就是说,组织不仅可以被想象,可以被思考;还应该可以被"看见"。只有在直接看见这种方式里,组织才是现实事物。这个直接看见又不是眼睛的看见,而应该是心灵的领会。这是另一种直接看见,是一种真正的组织智慧。组织在这另一种直接看见里显现自身为"新事物",并且是以"一"的形态出现的新事物。由此组织才能发挥"六大于六"的组织功能和组织力量,并最终委托自身于一件事、一个事物、一个人。

Organization belongs to ＂Thing＂ , and it＇ s a new thing, one thing with brand new essence. Organization is not set, scope, formation or concept and it should be the real thing. It＇ s the thing owning new nature that is not part of the natural things. And it is a thing originally being there, instead of constituting the mass. Obtaining these conclusion demands a new way, that＇ s ＂See＂ . In other words, organization is not only can be envision, but also be seen. Only in this direct seeing way, organization is the real thing. But the direct seeing way is not equal the way we see thing depending on our own eyes; it＇ s comprehension of the spirit. And this is another way of seeing directly, a true wisdom of organization. In this state, organization shows itself as new being and emerges as the shape of ＂One＂ . Therefore, organization exerts its function and power. It is one six but acts . Finally it entrust itself to one thing, one object, or one person.
