高端职业群体工作-家庭冲突的双元形成机理及其社会性别差异研究——基于某直辖市的调查数据 被引量:1

摘要 本文借助第三次中国妇女社会地位调查某直辖市高层人才数据库的相关资料,围绕以下两个议题进行了实证研究:(1)高端职业群体工作-家庭冲突的双元形成机制,探讨了职业因素、家庭投入对工作干扰家庭(WIF)和家庭干扰工作(FIW)的直接影响模型与交叉影响模型;(2)基于社会性别理论,分析了高端职业群体工作-家庭冲突双元形成机理的性别差异。研究结果显示,职业因素、家庭投入对WIF和FIW同时存在直接影响和交叉影响效果,职业因素的双元影响模型更适宜解释高端女性工作-家庭冲突的形成过程,而家庭投入的交叉影响模型更符合高端男性的特征。. This empirical research,with the database of senior talents in the Third Survey on the Status of Chinese Women in 2010,mainly focuses on the following two issues.First,we explore the dual formation mechanism of the senior talents ’ work-family conflict(WFC),including the direct effects and cross-over effects of occupational factors and households factors on work interference with family(WIF) and family interference with work(FIW).Second,on the basis of Gender Theory,we analyze the extent and formation difference of the senior talents’ WFC caused by gender variable.The results illustrate that,occupational factors and households factors have both direct effects and cross-over effects on WIF and FIW,and the dual effects of occupational factors are more appropriate for female talents,meanwhile the cross-over effects of households factors is more suitable for men.
