欠发达地区农村信用社深化产权改革研究——以青海省为例

Study on Deepening Shareholding Reforms of Rural Credit Cooperatives in Less Developed Regions——Case Study of Qinghai Province

本文以青海省农村信用社为例,运用制度变迁理论和边际分析方法,对我国欠发达地区农村信用社以股权改造为中心、股份制为方向的深化产权改革的必要性,从顺应经济发展、理顺产权关系、强化金融创新和提高支农作用四个角度进行了论述,运用成本—收益分析法研究了产权改革进程,并提出相关建议。

This paper studies the shareholding reforms of Rural Credit Cooperatives in Qinghai Province by using the theory of system vicissitude and marginal analysis method.This paper discusses the necessity of a shareholding reform from four aspects：economic development,financial renovation,improving rural income and clarifying shareholding systems.Further suggestions are made by studying reform process and using cost-benefit analysis methods.
