青海省黄南藏族自治州作为全国十个藏族自治州之一,幅员辽阔,经济总量小,整体经济发展落后,农村信用社作为信贷供给主力军,其持续发展与信贷支持问题,在一定程度上成为巩固民族地区执政基础的重要内容,事关民族团结与社会进步,事关民族地区经济跨越发展和社会长治久安。

Qinghai Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture in Huangnan Province as one of the ten Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture,with a vast territory,economic gross is small,the overall economic development of backward,rural credit cooperatives as the main force of the supply of credit,to support its sustainable development with credit,has become an important part of consolidating the ruling foundation of the ethnic minority areas,to a certain extent,a matter of national unity and social progress on development and social long period of stability,economy of ethnic areas.
