失地农民养老问题调查——以西宁市城东区N镇为例

The Study of the Old-age Support of Lost-land Peasants——A Case Study of N Eastern Towns of Xining

随着工业化、城镇化步伐的加快,城市周边农民土地不断被征用,农民逐渐转变为城市居民。本文主要对西宁市城东区N镇失地农民养老问题进行实地调查,从经济、心理、生理等多视角分析失地农民养老的现实困境,提出建立失地农民的养老保障体系,使城市近郊失地农民与城市居民一样享受养老福利待遇。

Along with the development of industrialization and urbanization,the Government often requisition lands nearby the cities.This paper mainly research the problem of old-age support about the lost-land peasants who lived in some eastern towns of Xining.Through the field investigation,We will analysis the realistic difficult of the old-age support about lost-land peasants from the view of economics,psychology and physiology.Based on these works,the old-age support security system for lost-land peasants will be established to make sure the lost-land peasants nearby cities can accord the same old-age insurance as city dweller.
