对口支援促进西部高校学科文化发展析论

An Analysis of the Effect of Counterpart Aid on Promoting the Discipline Culture Development of Higher Education Institutions in Western China

学科文化作为学科的灵魂,在学科建设中发挥着重要影响。对口支援计划本质上也属于文化交流的范畴,且其工作内容对学科文化多有涉及,因此,对口支援与学科文化存在共通之处。从影响学科文化生成的因素来看,对口支援计划在解决西部地方院校学科文化发展中所存在的问题上,能够发挥独特作用,在促进西部高校学科建设的良性发展中意义重大。通过对对口支援计划在促进东西部高校学科文化交流意义的探讨可以发现,高校对口支援计划为促进东西部文化交流提供了一个范式,也为更广领域的研究提供了思路。

Discipline culture is of paramount importance in discipline construction.Counterpart aid,in essence,falls in the category of cultural exchange and involves discipline culture in terms of its scope of work;therefore it shares common features with discipline culture.From the perspective of the factors generating discipline culture,the counterpart aid programs play a unique role in solving the problems in the discipline culture development of local institutions in Western China,as well as have an important effect on promoting the development of discipline construction of local institutions in Western China.Analyzing the significance of the effect of counterpart aid programs on the promotion of the exchange of discipline culture between higher education institutions in Eastern and Western China,we can discover a new model of cultural exchange between Eastern and Western China through higher education institutions＇ counterpart aid programs,which may lead to new research in a broader context.
