摘要
为预测胎儿宫内缺氧 ,应用彩色多普勒超声仪对 15 0例孕妇的胎儿进行血流测定。结果 :胎儿大脑中动脉 (MCA)血流 S/ D<4、PI<1.4、RI<0 .6 ;脐动脉 (UMA)血流 S/ D>3、PI>1.7、RI>0 .8、PI RI MCA/ PI RIUMA<1时 ,提示胎儿宫内缺氧 ;高危妊娠组胎儿缺氧发生率与正常组比较有明显差异性 (P<0 .0 0 1) ;两组围产儿不良结局 ,如低体重儿、胎儿窘迫、新生儿窒息、围产儿死亡率均有显著差异。产前监测胎儿大脑中动脉、脐动脉血流指标 ,可以了解胎儿颅脑循环及胎儿胎盘循环状态 。
Objective: To predict fetus intrauterine hypoxia. Methods: Color doppler ultrasonography was performed in 150 cases of pregnant women.Results: S/D of fetal middle cerebral artery (MCA) blood flow was less than 4, PI was less than 1.4 and RI was less than 0.6. S/D of umbilical artery (UMA) blood flow was more than 3, PI was more than 1.7 and RI was more than 0.8. When Piand RI MCA UMA ratio was less than 1 indicated fetus intrauterine hypoxia. It was found that there was a significant difference in the frequency of fetus intrauterine hypoxia between high risk group and normal group. There was a significant discrepancy of abnormal perinatal results. Such as low weight neonate, fetal distress, neonatal asphyxia and neonatal death between the two group.Conclusion: Monitoring MCA and UMA blood flow resistance could supply important information about fetal brain and fetal plancenta circulation, and could predict fetal intrauterine hypoxia.
