摘要
目的 对西藏雪莲花 (SaussureatridactylaSch Bip)地上部分化学成分进行分离鉴定。方法 用色谱技术进行分离 ,用UV ,IR ,MS ,1 H NMR等光谱方法对化合物结构进行鉴定。结果 从西藏雪莲花地上部分的乙醇提取物中分离得到 5个化合物 ,分别鉴定为二十三烷 (tricosane)Ⅰ ,β 谷甾醇 (β sitoterol)Ⅱ ,对 羟基苯甲酸甲酯 (methylp hydroxybenzonate)Ⅲ ,伞形花内酯(umbelliferone)Ⅳ ,东莨菪素 (scopoletin)Ⅴ。结论 化合物Ⅰ~Ⅴ首次从该植物中得到 ,化合物Ⅲ首次从该属植物中得到。
OBJECTIVE To separate and identify the chemical constitutes of the arial parts of Saussurea tridactyla Sch Bip.METHODS The compounds were isolated with chromatography technology,Their chemical strucrures were elucidated with UV,IR,MS, 1H NMR spectral methods.RESULTS Five compounds were isolated from the plant.They were identified as tricosaneⅠ, β sitoterol Ⅱ,methyl p hydroxy benzolate Ⅲ,umbelliferone Ⅳ and scopoletin Ⅴ.CONCLUSION These compounds were isolated from the plant for the first time,and compound Ⅲ were isolated from this genus for the first time.
