2011～2012年转地蜂场组织结构、人文素质及组织化程度调查分析

Investigation Report of Organizational Structure, Organizational Degree and Humanistic Quality of Migratory Apiaries from 2011 to 2012

为了了解转地蜂场的发展情况，2011～2012年对浙江省缙云县80家转地蜂场进行蜂场组织结构、人文素质及组织化程度调查。结果显示，80家转地蜂场全部是一户一家的家庭结构专业化养蜂场。蜂场以2～4人为主，平均每人饲养52群意蜂。蜂农平均年龄38．5岁，以青壮年为主，适应转地蜂场高强度劳动要求。蜂农文化程度以初中学历为多数，小学、初中、高中的比例约为1：12：1。蜂农组织化程度达76．25％～82．5名。上述结果表明，转地蜂场是一种能使养蜂业可持续发展的模式。调查中还发现，蜂协、蜂农专业合作社是组织蜂农、普及科学技术、提高蜂农素质、确保蜂产品安全、增加蜂农收入的好组织，具有推广意义。

In order to explore the development of migratory apiaries, a survey was carried out to investigate the organizational structure, organizational degree and humanistic quality of 80 migratory apiaries from 2011 to 2012 in Jinyun County, Zhejiang Province. The result showed that all of the 80 migratory apiaries were professional apiaries with family structure. Each apiary is consisted of 2~4 people. The average number of colonies one kept was 52. The average age of beekeepers was 38.5. The members were mainly youn~ meeting to the high-intensity labor requirements. Most beekeepers education was junior high school education. and the ratio of elementary. middle and high school was approximately 1：12：1. The degree of organization is accounted for 6.25 %-82.5%. To sum up, migratory apiary is a model adapting to the model of sustainable development of apiculture. Besides we also find that bee association and professional cooperative agency of beekeepers are good organizations to popularize science and technology to improve the quality of beekeepers, ensure the safety of bee products and increase revenue beekeepers good organization, with the promotion of significance.
