思密达治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效观察及护理

The Curative Effect Observation and Nursing of Smecta Therapy on Ulcerative Colitis Patients

本组56例溃疡性结肠炎病人,遵医嘱给予思密达6g,溶于100ml温盐水中,每晚睡前保留灌肠1次,连续治疗1个月后,经结肠镜复查,显效率82.1％,且治疗期间无明显副作用。

Smecta therapy were selected on 56 ulcerative colitis patients for observing the curative effect of Smecta therapy on ulcerative colitis. They were given retention-enema of Smecta in 6g/100ml of warm saline before going to bed everynight according to medical order. The not able curative result has reached to 82. 1 % by re-examination in colonoscope after one month treatment. In addition, on the basis of nursing experience, it's important to have psychological nursing, dietetic nursing and nursing in therapy.
