硝酸甘油控制性降压在舌癌根治术麻醉中的应用

A CLINICAL STUDY ON EFFECTS OF CONTROLLED HYPOTENSION WITH NITROGLYCERIN DURING THE RADICAL OPERATION OF LINGUAL CANCER

目的 :探讨硝酸甘油控制性降压在口腔舌癌根治术麻醉中对出血量等的影响。方法 :2 8例舌癌根治术患者 ,分降压组( 组 ,n =16 )及无降压组 ( 组 ,n =12 )。分别记录质量、术中出血量、尿量、输液量、输血量、胶体量及手术时间。结果 :降压组出血量 (1781.2 5± 386 .81) ml比无降压组 (2 5 91.6 7± 475 .70 ) m l明显减少 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :在舌癌根治术中使用硝酸甘油实施控制性降压 ,可以明显减少手术中失血量 ,同时可以保护心、肾功能 ,是一种安全有效的控制术中失血量的方法。

Objective:The purpose of the clinic study was to evaluate the merit of controlled hypotension with nitroglycerin and the effect to quantity of bleeding during the radical operation of lingual cancer Methods:Twenty eight patiens who underwent radical operation of lingual cancer were randomly divided into Group Ⅰ with controlled hypotension with nitroglycrein (groupⅠ,n=16) Group Ⅱ without (group Ⅱ,n=12) Avoirdupois,time of operation and quantity of bleeding,urine,liquid transfusion,blood transfusion and colloid were respectively recorded Results:The quantity of bleeding in group Ⅰ(1 781 25±386 81)was less than that of groupⅡ(2 591 67±475 70)(P<0 05) Conclusion:Applying controlled hypotension with nitroglycerin during the radical operation of lingual cancer may reduce quantity of bleeding and protect the funtion of heart and kidney,and is a safe,effective means of controlled hypotension
