摘要
近年来,金融包容逐渐从一个金融发展的框架性理念,上升为一项为国际社会和业界主流所认同的金融发展战略,并形成了一系列具体行动方案。本文回顾了金融包容的基本概念及历史背景,论述了金融包容指标体系的重要作用,系统梳理了目前国际上较为流行的金融包容指标体系,并在此基础上,提出构建中国金融包容指标体系的若干政策建议。
In recent years,financial inclusion has been gradually upgrade d from a framework idea on financial development to a strategy broadly accepted by the international community and the mainstream of the financial industry.A series of concrete action plans have evolved around it.Reviewing its definition and history,the thesis discusses the importance of indicator system of financial inclusion and makes a systematic review on the popular indicator systems worldwide.It concludes with policy recommendations regarding the establishment of China's financial in clusion indicator system.
