目的 :测定龙眼参提取物中氨基酸及微量元素的含量。方法 :用高速氨基酸自动分析仪测定龙眼参提取物中的氨基酸成分 ,用原子吸收光谱仪测定微量元素。结果 :龙眼参提取物中含有 18种氨基酸和 2 1种微量元素。结论 :龙眼参提取物中氨基酸和微量元素含量较高。
