Rehbein改良术治疗先天性巨结肠

A STUDY OF IMPROVED REHBEIN TECHNIQUE IN TREATMENT OF CONGENITAL MEGACOLON

目的 :探讨改良 Rehbein术式治疗先天性巨结肠的效果。方法 :随访 131例先天性巨结肠术后患儿 ,获随访 10 5例。随访内容主要包括术后排便功能、肛门污粪和失禁现象、生长发育情况、肠粘连等问题。结果 :99例排便通畅 ,无便秘腹胀现象 ,无肛门污粪和失禁存在 ,饮食正常 ,生长发育良好 ,生活质量大大提高。结论 :改良 Rehbein术疗效高 ,有推广应用价值。

Objective:To improve Rehbein technique so as to better therapeutic effect on congenital megacolon Methods:Of 131 children patients,follow ups were conducted on 105 The contents of the follow ups included bowel discharges,discharge condition of the anus,inconstinence,intestine adhesive and patients' physical development,etc Results:Investigation revealed that 99 patients showed good condition in the above mentioned contents of the follow ups Conclusion:The improved Rehbein technique can produce better effect and is worth popularizing
