摘要 积碳是有机热载体炉火灾发生的关键因素,为预防有机热载体炉火灾事故,分析国内有机热载体炉积碳检测技术、相关控制原理及检测方法的局限性,提出一种基于超声导波的积碳层厚度检测方法。搭建一个有机热载体炉积碳检测系统,试验提取不同厚度对应的超声导波的截止频率、跃迁频率和群速度这3个表征参数,同时对比这3个参数随积碳层厚度变化时的关系。结果表明:可用超声导波的群速度与积碳厚度的单调性变化规律来检测积碳层厚度,并通过空管中的群速度频散曲线的拟合试验论证该检测方法的可行性,指出后续工作的关键是开发此检测系统软件。 Carbon is a key factor in organic heat transfer heater fire. In order to prevent fire of organic heat transfer heater, organic heat transfer carbon accumulation mechanism was analyzed, limitations of existing organic heat transfer carbon deposition thickness detection methods were discussed, then a ultra- sonic guided waves carbon layer thickness detection method was worked out. An organic heat transfer heat- er carbon accumulation detection system was built. Relationships were studied among the carbon layer thickness and three ultrasonic guided wave characterization parameters. The results show that the monoto- nicity of ultrasonic guided wave group velocity can be used with carbon deposition thickness variation to detect carbon layer thickness. The feasibility of the detection method was demonstrated.
