怀远县居民艾滋病知识知晓情况及其影响因素分析 被引量:1

Awareness of HIV /AIDS and its related factors among residents in Huaiyuan county

摘要 目的了解安徽省怀远县农村和城市社区居民的艾滋病知识掌握情况及其影响因素,为针对性开展艾滋病宣传教育工作提供依据。方法按照整群抽样方法,分别以城镇社区和农村行政村为抽样单位,被抽取单位中各抽取一定的样本,采取面对面调查方式,分别调查400名城镇居民和400名农村居民进行艾滋病相关知识问卷调查,并分析调查人群艾滋病相关知识的知晓情况及其影响因素。结果城镇居民艾滋病知识的知晓率73.25%明显高于农村居民(63.25%)艾滋病知识的知晓率,差异有统计学意义(χ2=13.52,P<0.001);随着文化程度的提高,人群艾滋病知识的知晓率也随着升高(χ2=44.36,P<0.001);Logistic逐步回归分析,文化程度(OR=0.688,P=0.004)、咨询服务(OR=0.373,P=0.036)和免费宣传材料(OR=0.071,P<0.001)为知识掌握程度的促进因素,而报刊书籍(OR=2.392,P<0.001)、医生(OR=2.979,P<0.001)为知识掌握程度的阻碍因素。结论怀远县居民尤其是农村居民艾滋病知识有待进一步提高,加大咨询服务和免费宣传资料的发放有利于居民艾滋病知识水平的提高。 Objective To understand AIDS related knowledge and its influencing factors among residents in Huaiyuan county,and supply evidence for targeted health education.Methods By stratified cluster sampling,we conducted a survey on 400 villagers and 400 township residents from Huaiyuan county via questionnaire response,and analyzed the awareness rates of AIDS knowledge and related influential factors.Results The awareness rate of AIDS knowledge in urban residents(73.25%) was evidently higher than that in rural residents(63.25%) and there was statistical significance(χ^2 = 13.52,P〈0.001).With the improvement of education degree,the awareness rate of AIDS were improved significantly(χ^2 = 44.36,P〈0.001).The logistic aggression analysis showed that education degrees(OR = 0.688,P = 0.004),consultation service(OR = 0.373,P = 0.036) and free publicity material(OR = 0.071,P〈0.001) were the positive factors,the newspaper and books(OR = 2.392,P〈0.001) and doctor(OR = 2.979,P〈0.001) were the negative factors for AIDS knowledge.Conclusions The residents especially the rural areas in this county should improve their AIDS knowledge.The consultation service and free publicity material were used to improve AIDS knowledge.
