高校女大学生避孕知识知晓情况调查分析

Awareness of knowledge on contraception in female college students

目的探讨不同专业不同年级女大学生对避孕知识认知度,为正确开展在校女大学生性知识健康教育工作提供有益帮助。方法整群抽取三所不同类型高校一二年级女生,对2 228名学生就避孕相关知识进行问卷调查。结果不同专业的在校女大学生避孕知识知晓率比较低,在如果有性生活是否采取避孕措施、避孕知识、避孕的方法、紧急避孕措施、终止妊娠的方法、怀孕的症状知晓率差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.412 P=0.015;χ2=46.586P=0.000;χ2=17.892 P=0.000;χ2=16.350 P=0.000;χ2=13.567 P=0.001;χ2=6.017 P=0.049),文科女大学生总体认知度较差;一二年级女生除了在紧急避孕措施知识点知晓率差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.805,P=0.005)外,其余相关知识知晓率差异无统计学意义,一二年级女大学生对避孕知识认知度差异小,且认知度不高。结论女大学生对避孕知识认知度不高,不同专业的女大学避孕知识了解程度不同,亟待加强高校女生性知识健康教育工作。

Objective To understand the status of contraceptive knowledge of the female students from different professions and different grade,and provide scientific evidences for the reproductive health education and a useful reference.Method A total of 2 228 female college students of Grade one and two from three colleges in Zhuzhou were selected for stratified and a closed survey via questionnaire was conducted.Results The awareness rate of contraception knowledge among female college students was low.Among the students who had sex life,there was significant difference in awareness rate of whether to take contraceptive measures,knowledge of contraception,contraception,emergency contraception,method of termination of pregnancy,and pregnancy symptoms（χ^2 = 8.412,P = 0.015;χ^2 = 46.586,P = 0.000;χ^2 = 17.892,P = 0.000;χ^2 = 16.350,P = 0.000;χ^2 = 13.567,P = 0.001;χ^2 = 6.017,P = 0.049） among students from different professions.Overall awareness of the female students from the liberal arts classes was relatively poor.There was significant difference in awareness rate of emergency contraception between grade one and grade two students.Conclusion Female college students showed poor awareness of contraceptive knowledge.Students from different professions had different knowledge levels on contraceptive knowledge.Therefore,it＇s necessary to strengthen contraceptive knowledge education for female college students.
