免疫层析技术在疟疾快速检测中的应用与进展 被引量:2

摘要 疟疾仍然是威胁和危害亚洲和非洲人们健康最为严重的寄生虫疾病之一[1]。目前全球疟疾的研究主要致力于两个方面,即控制带虫者和提高疟疾诊治水平[2]。尽管目前外周血图片镜检仍然广泛应用,并且一直作为"金标准",但是寻找精确、快速的诊断方法已引起广泛关注。
