多沙唑嗪治疗留置双J管后的相关症状

Effect of doxazosin in treating double-J stent related symptoms

目的评价多沙唑嗪对留置双J管患者相关症状的改善作用。方法从2010-01—2012-01间共收集52例输尿管镜下碎石后置入双J管患者,随机分成2组(治疗组、对照组),治疗组26例患者接受了4周多沙唑嗪治疗,剂量为4 mg/d,对照组26例接受安慰剂治疗。所有患者在双J管留置4周时接受USSQ评分。结果治疗组平均排尿症状评分20.9,对照组为26.53,P<0.01,治疗组平均身体疼痛症状评分13.69,对照组为16.77,P=0.021;治疗组平均大体健康指数8.88,低于治疗组的11.08,P=0.017。治疗组平均性问题评分为2.41,低于对照组3.47,P=0.038;带管期间平均生活质量评分治疗组为3.9,低于对照组的4.6,P=0.012。结论多沙唑嗪能够有效治疗留置双J管引起的下尿路症状,缓解疼痛,提高大体健康指数及生活质量。

Objective To evaluate the effect of doxazosin in improving symptoms in, and quality of life of, patients with indwelling double - J ureteral stents. Methods Between January 2010 to January 2012,a total of 52 patients,with indwelt double - J stents after uretero-scopic stone removed were enrolled in this study, Patients were prospectively randomized into two groups. Group 1 included 26 patients who re-ceived 4 mg of doxazosin,once daily for 4 weeks,and group 2 consisted of 26 patients who received placebo for the same period. AU patients completed a validated Ureteral Stent Symptom Questionnaire （USSQ） 4 weeks after stent placement. Results The mean urinary symptom index score was20.90 in group 1 and 26.53 in group 2 （P〈0.01）. The mean pain index score was 13.69 in group 1 and 16.77 in group 2 （P =0.021）. The mean general health index score was statistically greater （P = 0.017） in group 1 compared with in group 2 （8. 88 versus 11. 08respectively） .Mean sexu-al matters score was 2. 41 in in group I and 3. 47 in group 2 （P =0. 038）. Mean global QOL score with stent in situ was 3. 9 in in group 1 and 4. 6 in group 2 （P= 0.012）. Conclusion Doxazosin improved a subset of stent - related urinary symptoms and pain. Patients receiving doxazosin had their general health better preserved.
