摘要
目的 :探讨中药复方保心胶囊 (四逆汤胶囊 )对实验性急性心肌缺血犬一氧化氮 (NO)和内皮素 - 1(ET- 1)的影响。方法 :结扎冠状动脉左前降支建立急性心肌缺血犬模型 ,在心肌缺血前、缺血后 30、6 0和 12 0 min,分别观察犬血清 NO和血浆ET- 1水平的变化 ,并测定心肌组织 NO和 ET- 1的含量。结果 :在犬急性心肌缺血过程中 ,血清和心肌 NO水平明显下降 ,而血浆和心肌 ET- 1水平明显增高 ;在保心胶囊治疗组 ,血清和心肌的 NO水平明显升高 ,ET- 1水平明显降低 ,与缺血组比较有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :促进 NO的产生和抑制 ET-
AIM: To investigate the effect of Baoxin capsule (sini decoction capsule) on nitric oxide and endothelin in acute myocardial ischemia dogs. METHODS: The animal model of acute myocardial ischemia was set up by the ligated of the left anterior descending coronary artery. Before myocardial ischemia, 30, 60 and 120 min after myocardial ischemia, the serum levels of nitric oxide (NO) and plasma ET 1 were tested. NO and ET 1 of myocardia were also determined. RESULTS: In acute myocardial ischemia dogs, the serum and myocardia NO levels decreased but ET 1 levels increased significantly. Compared with ischemic group, the serum and myocardia NO levels increased and ET 1 levels decreased markedly in Baoxin capsule treatment groups ( P <0 05). CONCLUSION: The results suggested that it maybe take an important role to increase NO levels and decrease ET 1 levels for Baoxin capsule to promote the myocardia from ischemic damage.
