摘要
结合高钛渣直流电弧炉生产工艺的特殊需求与ABB-800XA系统的鲜明特点,阐述了采用后者对生产过程自动化进行优化设计与配置的运用实践,从而实现了对高钛渣直流电弧炉工艺过程的优化控制。
Combined with special requirements of manufacturing technology for the high titanium slag DC electric arc furnace and distinct characteristics of ABB - 800XA system, the operation practices of the optimization design and configuration for the production process automation with ABB -800XA system were expounded so as to a chieve the optimization control for technological process of high titanium slag DC electric arc furnace.
