摘要
阐述了建筑信息模型(BIM)对成本计算过程的影响,提出了三种基于BIM的工程项目成本计算的技术方案,有效提高建筑生产过程成本计算的可靠性。
By expounding the impacts of Building Information Modeling （BIM） on the cost calculation process, three technical schemes about cost calculation of engineering project based on BIM have been brought forward so as to improve effectively the reliability of the cost calculation in the production process of the building industry.
