摘要
装置利用半导体材料具有利用温差进行发电的能力,将柴油机排气管传递到机舱内的热量转换为高品位电能,用于船舶上小功率用电器的供电,达到能量的回收利用。本文通过建立排气管模型,基于稳态导热,计算出了排气管外壁温度场分布,得出整套装置的发电功率,对装置的经济性进行了分析。
By using the ability that semiconductor materials have to generate power by temperature difference, the equipment generates the heat, delivered from exhaust pipe of the diesel engine to the cabin, into high-quality electric power for the power supply of low-power appliances in ships, so that energy can be recycled. The paper sets up model for exhaust pipe, calculates the temperature field distribution of the exterior of exhaust pipe, works out the generated output of the whole equipment, and finally analyses the economical aspect of the equipment.
