三联药液治疗糖尿病合并褥疮疗效观察

我院收治糖尿病脑血管意外并褥疮患者20例,随机分成治疗组和对照组,分别用三联药液治疗和常规治疗方法,结果显示治疗组疗效明显高于对照组,说明三联药液中抗生素杀菌、抑菌,胰岛素利于组织再生,碘伏杀菌并在创面形成一薄膜,三药协同,对糖尿病脑血管意外并褥疮有明显的消肿抗炎,促进疮面愈合功能。

Twenty patients suffered from diabetes with cerebrovascular accident and bedsore were divided into treatment group and control group. Treatment group received three-united drugs, control group received regular drugs. The result showed that the effect of three-united drugs is obviously better. This suggested that three-united drugs could kill and inhibit bacteri-a. Insulin could help regeneration of tissue. lodophor solution could kill bacteria and form a thin membrane on the sore face. Three drugs were used together, it could dispel edema, resist inflammation and help sore face healing to the above-mentioned patients.
