八段锦配合推拿治疗女大学生原发性痛经疗效观察

Observation on Curative Effect of Eight-sectioned Exercise with Manipulation in Treating Primary Dysmenorrhea of Female University Students

目的探讨八段锦配合推拿治疗女大学生原发性痛经的效果。方法通过问卷和妇科检查筛选出有原发性痛经的女大学生116名。按辩证分型(气滞血瘀型、寒湿凝滞型、气血虚弱型)随机分为4个组,包括:八段锦功法治疗组、推拿治疗组、综合治疗组和对照组,进行为期9周的治疗,治疗结束后对其痛经改善情况进行访谈调查和评分诊断。结果综合治疗组3种辩证分型痛经者实验后的诊断评分和显效率均明显好于其他3组,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。八段锦功法治疗对气滞血瘀型痛经者疗效优于推拿治疗,气血虚弱型痛经患者采用辩证推拿治疗效果优于八段锦治疗,二者比较,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论八段锦配合推拿治疗女大学生原发性痛经有良好的效果。采取单一治疗方法时,应根据辨证分型针对性地选择病例。

Objective To probe into the effect of eight-sectioned exercise with manipulation in treating primary dysmenorrhea of female university students.Method 116female university students with primary dysmenorrhea were screened by means of questionnaire and gynecological examination and they were divided randomly into four groups by syndrome differentiation（type of qi stagnation and blood stasis,cold-damp coagulation type and asthenia of qi and blood）,including group treated with eight-sectioned exercise,group treated with manipulation,comprehensive treatment group and control group.These groups were treated for 9weeks,and improvement of dysmenorrhea after the treatment were investigated and diagnosed.Results Diagnostic score and markedly effective rate of patients with dysmenorrhea of three syndrome differentiation after experiment in the comprehensive treatment group were significantly higher than another three groups,and the differences were statistically significant（p0.05）.Effects of the eight-sectioned exercise in dysmenorrhea of qi stagnation and blood stasis were better than the manipulation;effects of dialectical manipulation in dysmenorrhea patients with asthenia of qi and blood were better than the eight-sectioned exercise,differences between the two groups were statistically significant（p0.05）.Conclusion Eight-sectioned exercise with manipulation has favorable effects in treating primary dysmenorrhea of female university students.When a single treatment is adopted,the case of patient shall be chosen according to the syndrome differentiation.
