摘要
目的了解高校青年教师时间管理倾向与自我价值感的关系。方法运用时间管理倾向量表和自我价值感量表对四川省430名高校青年教师进行调查研究。结果高校青年教师时间管理倾向和自我价值感总分、各维度分都高于3分。时间管理倾向各维度分与总体自我价值感、一般自我价值感和特殊自我价值感都呈显著的正相关;时间监控观和时间效能感对总体自我价值感具有显著的回归效应,时间价值感、时间监控观、时间效能感对一般效能感及特殊自我效能感均具有显著的回归效应。结论青年教师时间管理倾向与自我价值感呈显著正相关,并有显著的预测作用。
Objective To have knowledge about the correlation between time management disposition and selfworth in young university teachers.Method A survey of 430young university teachers in sichuan province was conducted using the time management disposition scale and self-worth scale.Results Total scores and score on each dimension of time management disposition and self-worth in young university teachers were more than 3.Score on each dimension of time management disposition had significantly positive correlations with global self-worth,general self-worth and special self-worth;sense of time control and sense of time efficiency had significant regression effects on global self-worth,and sense of time value,sense of time control and sense of time efficiency had significant regression effects on general self-worth and special self-worth.Conclusion Time management disposition in young teachers has significantly positive correlations with self-worth and plays a significant part in predicting self-worth.
