天津商务职业学院新生体检结果分析

Analysis on Physical Examination Result of Freshmen in Tianjin College of Commerce

目的了解职业学院新生的健康状况,为学校开展相应的健康教育提供科学依据。方法对天津商务职业学院2009-2012年入学的10 166名新生体检资料进行分析。结果 2009年、2010年、2011年、2012年新生体检合格率分别为23.9%,21.7%,20.8%和19.7%。2009年新生乙肝表面抗原(HBsAg)阳性率为2.6%。4年来新生检出率居前5位的疾病或异常为视力不良、高血压、肝功能异常、心脏异常和肺结核,检出率分别为61.1%,4.5%,3.0%,2.0%和0.3%。视力不良、高血压的检出率呈逐年递增趋势,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论职业学院新生健康状况不容乐观。应在高校大力开展健康教育,注意视力保护,加强体育锻炼,减轻体重,控制血压。同时,学校要加强传染病防治知识宣传和疫苗接种工作。

Objective To have knowledge about the health status of freshmen in vocational colleges and to provide scientific basis for carrying out health education.Method Physical examination data of 10 166freshmen admitted in Tianjin College of Commerce from 2009to 2012were analyzed.Results Qualified rate of physical examination for freshmen in 2009,2010,2011and 2012was 23.9%,21.7%,20.8%and 19.7%respectively.Positive rate of hepatitis B surface antigen（HBsAg）in freshmen of 2009was 2.6%.Diseases or abnormalities in freshmen of which the detection rate ranked top five were poor eyesight,hypertension,abnormal liver function,cardiac abnormality and pulmonary tuberculosis with a respective detection rate of 61.1%,4.5%,3.0%,2.0% and 0.3% over the last four years.Detection rate of poor eyesight and hypertension showed an upward trend year by year,and the differences were statistically significant（p0.05）.Conclusion Health status of freshmen in vocational colleges is not optimistic.Colleges should make great efforts to carry out health education and students should protect their eyesight,get more physical exercise,reduce body weight and control blood pressure.Meanwhile colleges should boost the publicity of prevention knowledge on infectious diseases and vaccination.
