疫苗缺种儿童随访补种工作模式探讨

Discussion on Working Mode of Follow-up and Re-vaccination for Children Having Missed Vaccination

针对儿童预防接种原信息管理系统存在疫苗缺种不断增多的问题,亟需建立一个有效工作模式。扬州市广陵区自2008年起摸索建立了一套疫苗到期未种儿童随访补种清理工作新模式,使辖区免疫规划疫苗接种率指标得到显著提高,此工作也得到扬州市疾控中心认可并向市县区推荐。本文从如何处理补种、如何处理流动儿童、如何处理转卡剔卡等方面对这一模式进行了探讨,并对此模式现存的不足提出了思考与对策建议。

It is urgent to build an efficient working mode with regard to increasing problems such as missed vaccination existing in the childhood immunization information management system.A new working mode that children having missed vaccination were followed up,re-vaccinated and classified,has been built in guangling district of yangzhou city since 2008,which significantly improved the vaccination rate of planned immunization in this district.This work has been approved by yangzhou center for disease control and prevention and been recommended to be applied in counties or districts.This paper probes into this mode from such aspects as how to revaccinate,how to handle floating children and how to transfer or remove cards,and it reflects shortages existing in this mode and puts forward countermeasures.
