临床护理管理中分层次管理的应用

Application of Hierarchical Management in Clinical Nursing Management

目的探讨临床护理管理中分层次管理的应用。方法 2011年4月-2012年4月我院80名在职护理人员,随机分为观察组和对照组各40名。对照组应用常规护理管理,观察组采用分层次管理模式,比较2组的工作积极性、综合护理水平及护理满意度。结果采用不同的护理管理措施后,比较2组的工作积极性、操作及理论知识评分,差异均有统计学意义(p<0.05)。观察组患者护理满意度为97.5%,医生满意度为100.0%,对照组分别为77.5%和85.0%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论临床护理管理中开展分层次管理,可显著提高护理人员工作积极性和综合水平,改善患者及医生的满意度,对护理质量的改善起到了强有力的保障作用。

Objective To probe into the application of hierarchical management in clinical nursing management.Method 80in-service nursing staffs of our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 40 staffs in each group during the period from April 2011to April 2012.The control group adopted the routine nursing management,while the observation group took the hierarchical management,and job engagement,comprehensive caring level and nursing satisfaction degree of the two groups were compared.Results After adopting different nursing management,scores on job engagement,operation and theoretical knowledge in the two groups were compared and the differences were statistically significant（p0.05）.Nursing satisfaction degree of the observation group was 97.5%,and doctors＇satisfaction degree was 100.0%and those of the control group were 77.5%and 85.0%respectively,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant（p0.05）.Conclusion Adopting hierarchical management in clinical nursing management can significantly improve the job engagement and comprehensive level of nursing staffs,upgrade the satisfaction degree of patients and doctors,which plays an import role in improving the nursing quality.
