摘要
分析我院 1997~ 1999年临床分离的 80 3株革兰氏阴性杆菌的来源组成及主要革兰氏阴性杆菌的耐药状况。用 VITEK- AMS32鉴定细菌 ,药敏试验采用 AMS专配试验卡。结果分离率居前五位的革兰氏阴性杆菌是大肠埃希氏菌、肺炎克雷伯氏菌、铜绿假单胞菌、乙酸钙不动杆菌和阴沟肠杆菌。对革兰氏阴性杆菌耐药率最低的抗生素依次是亚胺培南 (10 % )、头孢他啶 (2 7% )、氨曲南 (30 % ) ;耐药率最高的抗生素是氨苄青霉素 (90 % )、四环素 (78% )、头孢唑林 (73% )。结论 :大肠埃希氏菌是临床标本中最常见的革兰氏阴性杆菌 ,亚胺培南、头孢他啶和氨曲南对革兰氏阴性杆菌的耐药率最低。
To investigate the antibiotics resistant rate and distribution from various sources of 80 3 strains of gram negative bacilli. Vetek AMS32 was used to identify bacteria and perform the drug susceptibility tests. Bacilli in front position of isolating rate were Escherichia coli,Klebsiella pneumoniae,Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Acinectober calcoaceti,Enterobacter cloacae. The minimum antibiotic resistant rate were imipenem ( 10 % ) ,ceftazidine ( 2 7% ) ,aztreonam ( 30 % ) . The maximum antibiotic resistant rate were ampicillin ( 92 % ) , tetracycline ( 78% ) ,cefozolin ( 73% ) . Escherichia coli is the most common gram negative bacilli in clinical samples. Imipenem,ceftazidine and aztreonam have minimum antibiotic resistant against gram negative bacilli.
