国产美洛培南的体外抗菌活性

The in vitro antibacterial activity of meropenem

采用琼脂二倍稀释法测定国产美洛培南和其它 5种药物对 136株临床分离菌的体外抗菌活性 ,结果表明国产美洛培南与进口美洛培南的体外抗菌活性相近 ,优于头孢哌酮 /舒巴坦、他唑西林和头孢他啶。国产美洛培南对金葡球菌、铜绿假单胞菌、大肠埃希氏菌和肺炎克雷伯氏菌的抗菌活性优于亚胺培南 /西司他丁 ,对表葡球菌和 β-溶血性链球菌的抗菌活性比后者稍差。国产美洛培南的抗菌活性稍受接种菌量、培养基p H和血清浓度影响。

In vitro antibacterial activities of domestic meropenem ( MEPM) and other 5drugs against 136clinical isolates were determined with double broth dilution method. Results showed that the activity of domestic MEPM was similar to that of imported MEPM,and was superior to sulbactam sodium/cefoperazone sodium,tazocin and ceftazidime. Domestic MEPM was more active than imipenem/cilastatin sodium ( tienam, TNM) against S.aureus,E.coli,P.aeruginosa and K.pneumoniae;was inferior to TNM against S.epidermidis andβ- H emolytic streptococcus. Inoculum size,p H and concentration of serum had a little effecton the activity of MEPM.
