中药面膜加淋巴管按摩治疗面部痤疮疗效观察

SIXTY-FIVE CASES ANALYSIS OF FACIAL ACNE TREATMENT BY LYMPHANGIAL MASSAGE WITH CHINESE TRADITIONAL FACIAL MEMBRANE

目的 :消除面部炎症性病变 ,减少皮脂的分泌 ,防止囊肿型痤疮的形成 ,避免遗留毁容性疤痕。 方法 :在面部淋巴管集中的区域进行疏导性按摩 ,并用自制的中药面膜外敷 ,每周 2次 ,一月为一个疗程。 结果 :6 5例痤疮患者 ,临床治愈率达6 7.7% ,显效为 2 7.7% ,无效为 4.6 % ,总有效率达 95 .4%。 结论 :此疗法具有洁肤、爽肤、抑菌消炎及抑制皮脂腺分泌的作用 。

Objective:To eliminate facial inflammatory lesion,decrease sebaceous secretion,prevent the formation of eystic acne and avoid the destructive facial scar Methods:Deoppilative massage was carried out in the facial lymphangial area Selfmade of chinese traditional facial membrane for external application was also used by twice in a week for a month Results:In 65 facial acne cases,there were 67 7% with clinical cure rate,27 7% with obvious effect and 4 6% with no effect The general effective rate was 96 4% Conclusions:Facial acne treatment by lymphangial massage with Chinese traditional facial membrane was an ideal treatment for external application with effect for skin cleaning,anti inflammation and sebaceous secretion decrease
