Studies on Release Rate of Etodolac Sustained Release Tablets

依托度酸缓释片以 p H7.5磷酸盐缓冲液 (U SP2 3版 )为释放介质 ,采用桨法 ,转速 10 0 r/m in进行释放度测定。紫外分光光度法以 2 78nm为检测波长 。

According to the paddle method described in Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2000, the rotational speed was 100 r/min and the temperature was 37±0.5°C. The release rate of etodolac sustained release tablets was measured at 278 nm in pH7.5 phosphate buffer (USP 23rd ed) with good linearity.
