方丝弓技术矫治安氏II类1分类错 被引量:3

Treatment of class II division 1 extraction cases by use of edgewise technique

摘要 目的 总结临床使用方丝弓技术矫治安氏II类 1分类拔牙病例的疗效。方法 对 2 7例年龄在 11~ 2 0岁的骨性II类 1分类病例 ,采用上颌拔除第一前磨牙、下颌拔除第二前磨牙 ,依据方丝弓技术矫治原则和矫治顺序进行矫治。结果  2 7例骨性II类 1分类患者 ,平均矫治时间为 2 5 5个月。矫治完成后均达到理想的侧貌外形 ,磨牙关系由II类改正为I类关系 ,前牙覆覆盖正常 ,尖窝关系良好。具有代表意义的ANB角 ,由平均 5 .6°± 2 .2°改正为 3.2°± 1.4°;代表面部软组织侧貌外形的Z角 ,由 6 0 .8°± 5 8°改变为 76 .4°± 6 .6° ;代表上下颌矢状关系的AO -BO距离由 (6 .8± 2 .4)mm ,改变至 (3.2± 1.1)mm。结论 临床应用方丝弓技术矫治安氏II类 1分类拔牙病例 。 Objective To treat class II division 1 extraction cases by means of Edgewise technique. Methods 27 skeletal class II division 1 malocclusion patients were extracted 2 upper first premolars and 2 lower second premolars, and treated by Edgewise principles and sequential force system. They aged from 11 to 20. The duration of orthodontic treatment was 25.5 months on average(22~28 months). Results The patients′ pofile was much improved; Molar relation changed from class II to class I relationship; Anterior overjet and overbite are normal; Good occlusal intercuspation is also achieved. The ANB angle was significantly changed from 5.6°±2.2° to 3.2°±1.4°;Z angle was altered from 60.8°±5.8° to 76.4°±6.6°;Distance of AO BO was reduced from 6 8±2.4 mm to 3.2±1.1 mm.Conclusions Edgewise technique is an effective method for treatment of class II division 1 exteraction cases.
