金沉积基底烤瓷冠的临床研究

The application of auro galvano form ceramic crowns in clinic

目的 探讨金沉积基底烤瓷冠的临床应用效果。方法 分别制作铸造镍铬合金基底、铸造高金合金基底与金沉积基底烤瓷冠各 2 0 0件。用ShadeEye电脑比色仪检测 3种烤瓷冠的颜色 ,临床检查烤瓷冠的边缘密合度 ,冠的颜色以及折裂、折断情况 ,观察时间为 2年。结果 金沉积基底烤瓷冠与高金合金烤瓷冠的边缘密合度一致 ,均明显优于镍铬合金烤瓷冠 (P <0 0 0 1) ;金沉积基底烤瓷冠与高金合金烤瓷冠的颜色基本相似 ,均较镍铬合金烤瓷冠更接近天然牙 (P <0 0 5 ) ;3者在折裂、折断方面的差异无显著性。结论 金沉积基底烤瓷冠在颜色方面显示出优势 ,有良好的边缘密合度和抗折强度 。

The effects of them were better than Ni Cr alloy ceramic crowns in color and fitness significantly ( P <0 05) The fracture of 600 ceramic crowns was not found out in two years Conclusions The effects of auro galvano form ceramic crowns were perfect in color, fitness and fracure It can be used in clinic
