随着我国经济及政治体制改革的不断深入,高等学校所面临的竞争也日趋激烈。如何保证长期、稳定的可持续发展,成为高等学校必须考虑的首要问题。加强高等学校师资队伍建设是保证高等学校可持续发展的重要举措,人才引进又是实施这一举措的重要手段。人才引进必然会形成一定的资金耗费,而这部分耗费便形成了高等学校的人才引进成本。主要从成本核算的视角出发,对高等学校人才引进成本及相关内容进行了必要的探讨。
