摘要
目的 :探讨低氧对肺动脉压、肺血管重建及对内皮素 - 1(ET- 1)的影响。方法 :将 30只雄性 Wistar大鼠随机分为两组 :1对照组 ;2低氧组 ,每天 8h,共 4周 ,4周后观察平均肺动脉压力 (m PAP) ,右心室游离壁 (RV) /左心室 +室间隔 (L V+S)。通过图像分析仪测量肺小动脉管壁厚度占外径百分比 (MT% )、管壁面积占血管总面积的百分比 (MA% )及血浆中 ET- 1的水平。结果 :1低氧组大鼠较正常对照组 m PAP明显升高 (P <0 .0 1) ,右心室肥厚显著 (P <0 .0 1) ;2肺小动脉 MT%、MA%较对照组亦明显升高 (P均 <0 .0 1) ;3血浆中 ET- 1较对照组明显升高 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 :低氧可致肺动脉高压肺小动脉重建 ,血浆中的 ET- 1明显升高。
Objective:To evaluate the effect of hypoxia on pulmonary remodeling and endothelin 1(ET 1) of plasma in rats Method:Male wistar rats were randomly divided into two groups ①room air control;②hypoxic group with hypoxic eight hours every day for four weeks,and then examined.Mean pulmonary arterial pressure(mPAP) ,right ventricle/left ventricle+septal(RV/LV+S),the ratio of the thickness of pulmonary arteriolar to external diameter of pulmonary arterioles(MT%)and the ratio of the wall area of pulmonary arteriolar to total area of pulmonary arteriors(MA%) were observed,and the level of endothelin 1 in plasma was also detected.Result:The mPAP RV/LV+S MT% MA% and ET 1 of hypoxic group were significantly higher than that of room air group (P<0 01) Conclusion:Chronic hypoxia can cause HPH,right ventricle hypertrophy and pulmonary artery remodeling Hypoxia can also increase the level of ET 1 in plasma
