哮喘、慢支肺灌洗液CD_(30)^+细胞的差异

DIFFERENTIATION OF CD_(30)^+ CELLS BETWEEN ASTHMA AND CHRONIC BRONCHITIS

目的 :观察支气管肺泡灌洗液 (BAL F)中 CD+ 30 淋巴细胞在哮喘、慢性支气管炎中的差异。方法 :分别对哮喘、慢支患者各 16例的 BAL F中经植物血凝素 (PHA)刺激培养后的表达 CD+ 30 的淋巴细胞进行了测定。结果 :与慢支组相比 ,哮喘组 BAL F中 CD+ 30 淋巴细胞比率明显升高 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :测定 BAL F中的 + 30 淋巴细胞比率 ,对鉴别哮喘和慢支有指导作用。

Objective:To study the differentiation of CD + 30 expression on cells of bronchoalveolar lavage (BALF) between asthma and chronic bronchitis (CB) Methods:The BALF lymphocytes expressing CD + 30 molecular stimulated with PHA,from 16 patients with asthma and 16 patients with CB were determined Results:In asthma,the ratio of lymphocytes expressing CD + 30 was significantly higher than those in CB (P<0 01) Conclusion:CD + 30 lymphocytes examination of BALF is effective in differentiating asthma and CB
