摘要
目的:对食品中二氧化钛的测定方法进行规范化研究,使其存在的问题得到了解决。方法:样品经混合酸湿法消解后,在最佳光谱条件下,用电感耦合等离子体一原子发射光谱仪进行食品中二氧化钛的测定。结果:按取样量1.000g经消解完全后定容至25.0ml计算,方法的检出限为0.07mg/kg,加标回收率为92.8%~102.8%,相对标准偏差为1.3%~5.0%,定容后的测试样于4℃冰箱至少可以保存7d。结论:该方法快速、准确、灵敏度高、有良好的重现性及稳定性,对食品中不同浓度二氧化钛含量的测定均适用。
Objective : To establish a more practical method to determine titanium dioxide in foods, so as to solve the existing problems of previous method. Methods: The samples were digested by mix acid and determined under suitable spectrum condition by ICP - AES. Results : The detection limit of the method was 0.07 mg/kg in term of the constant volume of 25.0ml after complete digestion with sample quantity of 1. 000 g. The recovery was between 92.8% and 102.8%. The RSD was between 1.3% and 5.0% and the sample was stable in 7 d under 4℃. Con- clusion : The method can be applied to determination of titanium dioxide at different concentrations in foods with ra- pidity , accuracy, high sensitivity, better reproducibility and stability.
